We came to celebrate my grandfather's 79th birthday. Everyone was fantastic. Service was great. Food was great. We could not have been happier. Jaden, our server, was attentive and overall pleasant.

Honestly, I was not impressed. As soon as we arrived, our hostess sat us in the bar area for a party of 3 with tables that are separated. Made absolutely no sense. It seems like she had an attitude because we wanted to move tables, which wasn't a difficult request. As for the food, it was a little disappointing, especially on a day right before father's day. We started off with the bread and I know its my personal opinion, but I think that is the worse bread I have ever had in my life. It comes out like stale, and that butter is too sweet and does not complement well. I highly advise they change that so customers can get a more welcoming impression. Moving on, I ordered the sirloin steak with loaded baked potato. I thought it was pretry bizarre for a steak to come pre-sliced. I never heard or seen that before. That shows me the chef may be not confident on cooking time, and doesn't allow the steak to rest properly. I am not saying the flavor profile was bad, but I think it could of made the experience a lot better had they have not done that. The waiter was okay, he came to check on us periodically. Overall, I probably wouldn't return.

The service was outstanding, the food was absolutely delicious. We had steak, chicken sandwich, the onion rings were to die for. We discovered you through a Hulu commercial and we planned the whole thing. It was early so it worked well for us since we hate crowds. 6 bucks for a house Cabernet was a great deal. Thank you. They gave me a free dessert for my birthday… big daddy cake and the staff even signed the card. This place was amazing. Thank you!

This was truly one of the best meals I've eaten at a restaurant in a very long time. Kudos to the chefs! Angie was my server and she was absolutely amazing! Angie was attentive, informative, and friendly! Cant forget the bartender who crafted the Double Black Diamond and The Tiki Torch, which both are a must have! Simply wonderful from start to finish. Me and my husband will definitely be back!

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Pembroke Pines We loved our experience at Firebirds. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with the cozy glow from the fireplace, an elegant bar, and plenty of comfortable seating. The service was great and attentive. Our wood fired steaks were cooked exactly how we asked juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seared. We were celebrating a family members birthday: the staff was friendly, and even though they didn’t sing “Happy Birthday” aloud, they wrote it on the dessert dish which felt thoughtful and special If you’re looking for a cozy yet upscale casual steakhouse with good food, and friendly service, Firebirds is a great choice.
